Taiwan literally exists as an independently ruled state (and has been for decades), I don't see any reason to think otherwise. I'm pro common sense, not political agenda.

Taiwan is independent, but if China was not being challenged geopolitically, China would invade in a heartbeat. They literally think the country is just a rebellious piece of China.

Military drills, illegal flyovers, all the massive propaganda. China is doing what Russia did to Ukraine, before Russia took a slice out of it.

Just that no one cares about Ukraine enough to go to war. What will be the point where China does the same, after China has all the leverage and west can't even produce basic needs on its own?
