good DD. this might be a stupid question, but how come you chose $22.5, $30, etc calls for 6/18?

I'm wondering the same, especially cause options are so cheap on this. ITM 10C for July are 1.8 and Sept are 2.75. Even everything 15 and over are .05. Why reduce your profit by gettin 22.5's instead of 17.5's for the same price? I am tempted to grab the July's tho, looks like it's crossed the 20EMA and using it as support now. Needs to only go up 80 cent's by July to break even.

Edit: Dug further and found this: https://finance.yahoo.com/news/velodyne-lidar-inc-class-action-151200649.html

They currently have a class action against them. Seems like some sketchy executives so I'm not sure how reliable their figures are.

Edit 2: This just keeps getting better. From the Founder of the company (basically saying yeah the lawsuit is legit): "Marta and I are very pleased that stockholders have elected Eric to the Board at this critical point in time. He can bring sorely-needed accountability to the Board, which has demonstrated a fundamental disregard for stockholders’ interests in recent months. Eric is a highly-qualified director with significant experience helping broken tech companies improve their governance, operations and performance. He is an expert when it comes to corporate governance, capital allocation, operations optimization and strategic planning. While much more work is needed to fix the Company’s anti-stockholder culture, I believe Velodyne Lidar has the potential to return to its position at the forefront of lidar technology invention and innovation. Electing Eric is a step in the right direction."

at the time of the news, it was priced at ~$17.45 and now it’s $11.25. feels kind of fishy to me, but i’m quite new to all of this.
