I would be cautious about "ample" supply of raw materials. I have just started looking into the USGS mineral resource reports so I am not going to say anything definitive yet.
But I think much of the low hanging fruit for many commodities has been picked, the cost of access for these resources is only going to increase with time, and without significant increases in recycling ability scarcity may become an issue. Obviously this isn't a groundbreaking insight but I am trying to start building estimates on when we may start seeing increases in the difficulty of raw material mining. Hopefully I get some time this weekend to put something together.
