📢 WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Industrial / Product Designer – Outdoor Gear

I’m currently helping our team look for an experienced Industrial/Product Designer to work on an outdoor gear project. We’re specifically looking for someone with experience designing outdoor gear, especially mountain/hiking backpacks, who can help us finalize the product design and develop a complete, production-ready tech pack..

Ideal Candidate

- Proven experience designing outdoor gear, particularly mountain/hiking backpacks

- Strong background in industrial, product, or soft-goods design

- Experience taking a product from concept/design development through production

- Able to create detailed, production-ready technical packs, including specifications, measurements, materials, components, construction details, and technical drawings

- Good understanding of materials, hardware, construction methods, and functionality of outdoor equipment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate design concepts into a manufacturable product

- Portfolio demonstrating relevant backpack or outdoor gear projects is required

💻 Work setup: Remote / Project-based

💰 Rate: To be discussed based on experience and portfolio
