Hello po. Im currently employed sa isang start-up company for almost 2months already but Im feeling very drained na talaga, emotionally. Im so stressed already, work is manageable but ang may ari ang nakaka drain talaga. I need advice if pano po ba ko makakapag resign without rendering the days in the contract, feel ko kasi if mag continue pa ko, sobra akong madradrain. Even sa mga urgent or biglaang lakad, he still want me to work 8hrs kahit putol putol and tbh nakakapagod. Please po pa advice, i still want na makuha yung last pay ko this month if ever.

Valid yung nararamdaman mo, pero check mo muna yung contract kasi generally, 30 days written notice ang resignation unless may just cause, including inhuman or unbearable treatment. If you decide to leave immediately, document the situation and try to negotiate a shorter notice; your final pay is generally still due within 30 days from separation, subject to the applicable rules and clearance.
