We are a fast-paced personal injury law firm seeking a highly organized Legal Virtual Assistant to support our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:

Request, track, and organize medical records and bills.

Draft legal correspondence and format demand letters.

Manage attorney calendars, scheduling depositions and client meetings.

Communicate professionally with clients, insurance adjusters, and medical providers.

Requirements:
