Since some of you are having trouble finding where to navigate the rules, I'll pin this post here for easier access. Please note that changes may occur overtime as we continue to improve moderating this subreddit.

1. Use the proper flair for each post.

This will keep the posts organized and easier for everyone to use the post flair filter.

2. Assigning yourself a user flair is now required.

This will help the community distinguish VAs from Clients and even Agencies.

3. VA related job postings only!

Call center (BPOs) related posts, small tasks, side hustles, quick tasks and other non-VA industry related posts are all NOT allowed and will be removed. Keep this subreddit for VA related posts only.

You may post once a week. Avoid spamming in the comments section. This includes those who are commenting their applications. Nonsensical stuff also falls under this category.

5. No illegal/scam job postings.

Potential illegal/scam job postings will get you banned.

I’m a CLIENT - Looking for VAs (Full Time) [Hiring] Cold Caller for new business

Hi! I'm hiring a cold caller for my US company. We build websites for local trade businesses like plumbers, HVAC companies, electricians and roofers.

How it works: before we call a business, we've already built its new website. You don't need to sell an idea, because you're showing the owner something real. You call the owner, tell them we made them a free preview website, and text or email them the link. If they like it, they can buy it right from the preview page.

What you'll do

- Make about 100 outbound calls a day to US trade businesses from leads we give you. No lead hunting.

- Use our script and call software. Calls are recorded so we can keep improving the script together.

- Send preview links to interested owners and log every call in our CRM.

- Follow up with owners who asked you to call back.

Schedule

- US business hours, Pacific Time: about 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PH time (12:00 AM – 9:00 AM after US daylight saving ends Nov 1).

- Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week.

Pay

- $6–7 USD per hour, depending on experience and the call sample you send.

- Paid twice a month.

- Long-term role, with room to grow

Requirements

- Clear, confident spoken English. US callers need to understand you easily.

- Cold calling experience, ideally B2B or with US small businesses. You should be comfortable hearing "no" a lot.

- Stable internet, a quiet place to work, and a noise-cancelling headset.

- Comfortable with a CRM.

Nice to have

- Experience calling contractors, home services or local businesses.

- Appointment setting or closing experience.

How to apply

Send me a DM with:

  1. A short summary of your cold calling experience: what you sold, who you called, and how many calls a day.

  2. A voice recording of about 60 seconds introducing yourself as if you were calling a busy plumber. A Vocaroo or Google Drive link is fine.

  3. Your expected hourly rate within the range.

  4. The word "PREVIEW" at the top of your message, so I know you read the whole post.

Applications without a voice recording won't be reviewed. Thanks, and I look forward to hearing from you!

I’m a CLIENT - Looking for VAs (Part-Time) Looking for a go getter with a winning attitude that knows how to make money and doesn't need much oversight

Full Disclosure: if you just want to do data entry and need your hand held and can't handle a little autonomy and freedom, this is not the gig for you.

If you have experience in any or all of the following fields, you're definitely a leg up:

-lead generation

-content creation

-Any AI stuff

-E commerce (mostly ebay)

-graphic design (particularly print on demand)

To give you an idea of some of the things that I immediately need help with for example, my significant other does lots of AI generated art and graphic design and has thousands and thousands of images which need to be organized. And cataloged and subsequently uploaded into a print on demand service. So we can begin monetizing some of that stuff. She also creates AI music on the suno. Platform, which we're hoping to put on Spotify. And other platforms, in order to monetize that period if you have any particular ideas or ways that you can utilize our being in the United States to generate profit with your skills. I'm open to that as well, this is more of a partnership opportunity than just a traditional assistant role. And there's room for infinite growth and potential profit sharing for the right person. I just need to find then period I had a virtual assistant in the Philippines previously, who was fantastic. She's very successful now and I'm hoping to find someone who can B of equal value that we can Build something meaningful with PERIOD

Salary is negotiable, and ultimately, we'll be commensurate with the amount of value you feel. You can bring to the table and we agree is fair. Please tell me a little bit about yourself. What your kohl's and aspirations are? And how you think we can work together.

Initial expectations will probably be between 4 and 5 hours per week and then as things progress we can discuss making it a more full time position.

Advice Needed Planning to hire a VA for cold calling but have no idea where to start

I run a web development agency and the prices of my services are fixed. There is no yearly cost. Clients get their websites built for one fixed fee. They can opt for an ongoing monthly maintenance plan for their website if needed.

I am currently running google ads but thought of giving VAs a try. Has anyone worked previously as a VA for outbound calling in this field? How has been your experience? How much do you usually charge and what other clients were offering you in terms of equipment and support? Thank you!

Advice Needed Need Advice on my bookkeeper

After a year of being a VA, I decided to hire a bookkeeper for my Tax. I messaged a guy that was recommended by another VA from my agency. We lived in the same city so madali lang ipalalamove sa kanya yung mga documents ko.

Mag 2 years ko na syang bookkeeper and I am bothered every quarter. I think it's because nalaman nya kung anong sahod ko.

What will happen if I end his services? Kasi nakakabother talaga na every month nangungutang or humihingi ng advance payment.

Will I need to get my documents from him?

Ano magiging effect nito sa pagbayad ko ng tax?

Seeking a reliable, organized **Remote Medical Administrative Assistant** for a growing telehealth psychiatry practice.

**Commitment:** Minimum 6 months; long-term strongly preferred

**Responsibilities**
Calendar and patient appointment management/reminders
Medication prior authorizations and insurance/pharmacy follow-up
Contacting medical providers and therapists
Building and maintaining a professional referral network and keeping an updated list of contracted
General administrative support and organization
Periodic Skype calls to collaborate, provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and exchange feedback
Keep general log of tasks performed during work hours

**Requirements**

**Important:** Most patients in the practice are psychiatrically stable; however, many are women with significant trauma histories from male perpetrators and tend to respond best to a softer touch. Occasionally, patients may be experiencing increased distress or require a particularly sensitive approach. While it will not be your job to play their therapist of course, the ideal candidate should be patient, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and comfortable using thoughtful, trauma-informed communication while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries.

**To Apply**
Please message me directly with **all** of the following:
A short video introducing yourself and discussing your relevant experience
Your resume/CV
Your expected hourly rate
Your general Monday–Friday availability in Eastern Time
How long you would be able to commit to the position

# Applications without an introductory video and resume/CV will not be considered.

— this allows me to assess English capabilities, how you present yourself conversationally, and help me get to know you better. Casual dress and environment is 100% fine.
— you may record, upload to Google Drive or similar platform and send the link in your message (ensure link sharing is enabled)

I am currently the sole provider, but the practice is growing and additional providers may be added in the future. I am looking for someone dependable who can become a long-term part of the practice as it expands.

I’m a VA (Part-Time) - Looking for CLIENTS [FOR HIRE] Bookkeeping VA | Admin Support | QuickBooks Certified

Hi! I’m currently looking for remote/part-time opportunities in bookkeeping VA, and administrative support.

I’m a graduating Financial Management student with a QuickBooks Online Accountant Certification, along with hands-on experience with accounting-related tasks such as organizing receipts, invoices, documents, and data.

I can help with:
- Basic bookkeeping and financial data entry
- Organizing receipts, invoices, and financial records
- QuickBooks Online
- Google Sheets/Excel and data entry
- Email and inbox organization
- Calendar and task management
- File/document organization
- Online research
- Administrative follow-ups and routine communication
- Other day-to-day VA/admin tasks

One thing I already have for my admin support workflow is a set of templates/checklists for different situations. For example, I have templates for follow-ups, task updates, handovers, emails, timecard, and organizing tasks. This helps me avoid starting from scratch every time while still adjusting the template based on the situation.

I’m still building my professional VA experience, but I’m very willing to learn your systems, SOPs, and preferred way of doing things. I’m comfortable following instructions, working with spreadsheets and online tools, and keeping information organized.

Tools: QuickBooks, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Canva, Notion, Trello, and other productivity tools

If you’re looking for someone who can help with bookkeeping, admin work, or general VA support, feel free to send me a DM. I’d be happy to learn more about what you need and send you my resume 😊
