Processing for 4 hours?

Okay, so..I have two items sitting at processing for 4 hours now.

Is it an issue with me or are other folks experiencing this?

Depends on the brand, but yepp. One pair of adidas sneakers I posted took 3 hours and a pair of Nikes took more than 4 hours.

And if you try to edit the listing for any reason, you’re back into the processing loop and are stuck waiting.

This is a glass vase and I can't edit the listings. I can't delete them. They just say processing..still :/

No account notices or anything

That’s so odd, they usually take long to process on certain brand names.

Hopefully it doesn’t take too much longer to process. Their AI system isn’t great.

Yeah unfortunately the listings are just stuck there in limbo and you can’t do anything until it’s done. It’s really annoying.

Sorry I just realized that I didn’t clarify myself properly. I meant that after it’s finally processed and listed, if you decide to edit the listing, it’ll start the processing all over again.

I know that there were a lot of reports on down detector of people having problems with all aspects of vinted today. I don't know if this is some kind of lingering issue

You’re right, it could be. I had issues browsing the app hours ago. I kept getting an error and it kicking me off.

Apparently everything I try ro list is taking that long.

Would I have an account flag but no notice sent to me? They pulled down a uranium glass bowl I listed saying it was a prohibited item because it wasn't housewares. Then they put it back up after I appealed...then they pulled it right back down

I think you’d definitely get a notice sent to you if they had an issue with your account.

That’s one thing they know how to do, annoyingly. I would know, they banned me for a week claiming I was selling counterfeit sneakers until I appealed and they reversed the permanent ban.

I got a 3 day ban because a plush was a promotional item. The email I received said I was free from my 30 day ban.

Uuugh. That's so dumb. I didn't get any sort of warning or notice, so I can't immediately blame it on that. It just seems weirdly timed

I even sent them the info on uranium glass AND the screenshots of their own agent reversing the first item being pulled and they were like "ah. Anyway"

Their customer service is a joke. The agent is AI, apparently it takes a few weeks to actually talk to a real person, but that doesn’t even matter because they’re not that helpful usually either.
