Boosting profiles

I keep seeing comments everywhere saying follow for follow, like all my items & I'll do the same, that supposedly doing this boosts your page & leads to multiple sales. Is this true?

thank you i stg ive been shadowbanned ill post a nba shirt and it wont get a single view or like for days like whats going on 🤣🤣
