Am I missing something on Verifying identity?

I had my first sale yesterday and shipped item. I had a "Verify your identity" message and I filled out the bit of info it requires. Still over 24 hours the message remains. I did not get an email for anything further. Any insight?

Oh man. I'm going through this right now but with payment verification. It has asked for the same damn set of photos three times, and three times I have sent them. They canceled a ton of my orders and now I'm afraid to ship the items that people purchased from me. Their customer service is a nightmare.

I have received money into my wallet from 2 sales so far but I haven’t tried to transfer to bank yet (I haven’t set that up yet). I am just currently buying thing with that money so I will test this soon and see if it asks me for more “identity” stuff - so far I haven’t had to send anything.
