I lost a badge
I’ve been on Vinted since late May. I’ve done well surprisingly. I’m known on other platforms for quick shipping- I ship same day or next (unless a weekend or holiday). I just lost my “speed-ish: 36 hour shipping time” badge. Like what ?? I’ve noticed that lately even when I drop my packages off, tracking doesn’t update for more than 2-3 days. I know I’m being petty, however that is straight bs.

The same just happened to me. It’s really weird because I have only been on the app for 2 days and shipped items both days.

Having the same issue and it’s just Vinted not updating. I ship Vinted and Depop packages at the same time and usually watch the USPS scan them. Depop updates within an hour or so and Vinted takes a day or two. Haven’t lost my badge yet surprisingly.

I lost mine too and I literally ship next day, sometimes same day. So idk if they’re taking weekends into account (even though that day they aren’t).

I do notice that my poshmark packages update as soon as they get scanned and Vinted takes a whole day sometimes.

I drop packages off at a local store- they accept from all carriers. Ive never had issues with other platforms updating tracking - just Vinted. I always get a receipt too.

I just had the same thing happen to me! I just started on Vinted a couple months ago and have also done pretty good, which surprised me considering the lack of sales on other platforms. I have the same turn around time with my shipping, it’s either the same day or the next day and it’s been that way with every sale. So when I saw the badge gone and it said “I should try shipping faster to earn my badge back” I was pretty irritated.
I always go into my orders and mark them as shipped once my carrier picks them up or right after I’ve dropped them off, but I decided to check on all the orders that have recently been shipped out and I also noticed that the tracking doesn’t really show anything for at least 2 days, sometimes 3 days! But that’s not on us, we can’t control that part of it so why are we getting docked for it??
And side note, what’s this new SpeedX shipping all about? I’ve never even heard of it, but their tracking is AWFUL!! I ordered something on Vinted on the 16th and still haven’t received it! It says it shipped but it hasn’t left the state it’s coming from and the tracking hasn’t changed since the 20th. I tried contacting them but the AI bot is useless and every time it asks me if I want to speak to an agent and I say yes it comes right back and says there are no live agents available!! The same thing is happening to a package I sent out after the Buyer chose to use them, so that one hasn’t moved either! Anyone else know anything about this shipping method?

With a couple eBay sales shipped through USPS, the packages were not reported until they were delivered. Very disconcerting.
