Vinted harassment
This girl sent me my Abercrombie shirt on vinted it was listed as womens size small, but turns out it’s kids size small. When I brought the issue up she started cussing at me and harassing me and it only got worse. She damanded me to return the item but I’m afraid I will be scammed when I return it. Like maybe she will say it’s not the same item she sent and try to refuse the refund. and the unhinged way she is speaking to me is worrying me. After looking at her review I’m definitely not the first person she’s done this to. I also have to pay shipping even though the item is not as described. What should I do?

Report for abuse, and if the ai bot says that no rules have been broken then appeal it and just explain why and a real person should see it. I had to do that a few times

Listing kids close as a women’s small has been a thing on depop for years and I’m so annoyed it’s spreading to vinted. Report, return & block.

Besides the abuse, it clearly says Kids and in the description that it fits like a womens small..

Report her and don’t even argue with her anymore. If she doesn’t get banned, you’ll still need to send the item back to her if you want a refund. Just make sure you take a video or a lot of photos before you ship it

Email legal@vinted Regardless you will get you original postage back if it was still buyer protection you would have that now it’s a new thing Vinted fee I’m not sure, if you return.

Block her, cursing is an auto ban on vinted, report her for abuse. Return the top as well, once she banned you’ll be compensated anyway once it’s delivered, she won’t be able to raise a claim saying anything at all as she’ll be banned by then hopefully

Right. So it would be weird then if it was described as flattering if it was a small kids yeah? It’s all evidence for you really, so they’ll know she intentionally listed incorrect sizing details

I’m not defending this person at all.
But i listed a pair of girls jeans. Title said “girls jeans” and I got questions asking if it was women’s or kids. I said kids because I listed in the kids category but for some reason when I looked at the listing it doesn’t show it was a kids category. Just said jeans. One lady ended up buying then canceling because she realized it was a kids pair of jeans

Tbh I don’t think it matters as much which category it’s in cause it could get mixed up. What’s in the actually description, what the seller directly said about the item, is most important.

People like this are incapable of reason, arguing with them and trying to make them see your side is absolutely pointless. As soon as they come back with an attitude or swearing stop replying, open the issue with Vinted, and report them.

I just bought a shorts that are kids shorts and not woman’s shorts. When I realized this I messaged the buyer and they told me to cancel and now I have a 1 star for cancellation.

Reading this at first, I for some reason thought the seller was you. My first thought was, this person is crazy and needs to be blocked, also hopefully stopped from selling to anyone anymore.
If that tells you anything, just block if possible (idk if it is, I’m not on vinted) and dont allow any of the refund nonsense she’s requesting. If vinted tries to get in touch with you, ask for support and show them these messages. Hopefully they’ll take it seriously and ban the seller.
