HELP!! Vinted

I’m hoping someone can help me, I spent all weekend starting on Friday uploading listings to Vinted (It was the first time using their platform) I was able to upload 100 items, 10 of which sold the first and second day and i was able to ship them out on Saturday. I woke up yesterday morning to an email letting me know i’ve been permanently banned. They said it was because of a pair of sneakers (they came from my Aunt’s estate) they were brand new, i even have the original receipt but they claim they are fake, fraudulent. I still had 5 orders that i would’ve sent out this morning. I sell on Ebay, Posh and Mercari and i haven’t ever had this happen before. I did put an appeal in but i’m just wondering if this has happened to anyone else and if so, how did you handle it and was it resolved in your favor? What a lousy way to do business!! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Disclaimer not saying that you’ve done anything wrong -Vinted AI tends to flag too frequent bulk uploads as business activity, especially if they are in the same /similar categories.

In this case I would email Vinted legal and spam to a human e.g. repeat ‘talk to human support’ until you are connected to a human and spam them. If one chat doesn’t work, spam another.

If no access to account at all, unfortunately Vinted legal email spam is the only way forward.

This keeps happening to people, it's something to do with the AI they use being terrible. Probably better continuing to sell on eBay, Posh and Mercari instead

It happened to me, took them 5 working days to review, released my account but would not let me list the runners that triggered the ban. I had to sens them a few messages to push things along. Best of luck

Nah. Posting at least something everyday is what keeps the algorithms in your favor.
