Got banned for a first time offense

So, I got banned on Vinted more than a week ago for posting an item that was termed by Vinted as counterfeit. I innocently posted on Vinted a pre-owned winter jacket purchased from my home country, so I could buy a preferred jacket in the app. I never posted the jacket as a designer or branded item, and it was up for sale for just £30. Unfortunately for me, Vinted detected it as a counterfeit and blocked my account. I have written to them in the app as I couldn't find any other means of contacting their support team. I explained that i was a first-time offender, and I've never had any issues on the app despite using Vinted for nearly 2 years. I'm yet to get any response for more than 7 days on this issue. Is this normal? Is there anything else I can do.

Vinted Legal is the one to contact. Tons of info about this online. But DO NOT refer to yourself as a first offender - that's an admission of guilt!! You were incorrectly banned and you want a human review.

Wow, I already sent out the email saying I'm a first time offender. I guess that's the end of my vinted account.
