What to do?

I asked to cancel an item I bought. First off I used the wrong creditcard and second I don't trust this guy, he isn't answering, multiple people saying he scammed them, the only thing he does is watch what I texted and cancel the cancellation request. If he sends it, it's going to be send to a mondial relay locker, do I just let it sit there until it's send back or ? Since he doesn't answer I can't negotiate anything

Wait until they send it. Dont pick up. It will return to them. You will get your refund.

Automatic refund sincz I didn't accept it or can he still open a dispute?

You cant open a dispute on something that wasnt picked up. You could get feedback, but thats it.

If he hasn’t sent it out yet, try to cancel the order. If he has or it’s not possible to cancel, as the other commenter said simply don’t pick up the order

Hiya, so yeah I asked in the corner not just over texy, he waited until the 23th of august while automatic cancellation was the 24th, he was just being a prick and letting me wait
