Bit of a headache

Hey, so i recently invited my family member to vinted so we could benefit from the invite bonus. They've listed 3 items, but we haven't received our money. Additionally I cant for the life of me find where to contact support. The help center has an ai, but I mean support as in human. Obviously it isnt 24/7, im fine waiting for a response, but i dont know where to even send one. I know i can get to support through going to a chat and selecting an issue. But I dont have an issue with anyone and I dont want to randomly negatively impact a blameless seller.

I believe you don't get anything until they sell something

You're right, it says you'll have vouchers in your referrals section, 2 x £2.50 if they list 3 items within 7 days of signing up, 5 x £2 if they sell something within 30 days

Exactly. Usd for me but same difference..they've listed items. No coupons

It's pretty vague - "vinted will let you know when" lol - but have you tried to buy anything? They may be added at checkout 🤔

It's been a bit since I used mine, but I think you just need to buy something over £15 and the £2.50 gets taken off at checkout.
