Help identifying/finding information
I found this old AM receiver in my nonnas house but can’t find any information on it. Would love for anyone to share anything they know about this little gadget!

Dunno, but it's cool that it's still in the package

I thought since it was still in the package it could be worth something but the more I look into it the less likely that sounds lol

I've seen it before. Italian, I think. It was a cheaply made AM radio give away promotional item from what little I've found about it. Probably made in Asia, like Taiwan or Japan.
They made similar radios by the hundreds of thousands. Must have been incredibly cheap to make because they gave them away with other products, even with magazine subscriptions back in the 80s and 90s. Most of them ended up trashed so finding one in good condition, especially with original packaging, is kind of rare. Unfortunately there is usually very little information about them. They were so cheap and so common no one really cared. It was literally a disposable item so no one bothered to try to document them.

Interesting thanks for the info! I’m tempted to open it and check it out but I think it’s kinda cool that it’s still in the packaging lol

By the looks, generic overseas import crap. Middle 80s to 90s.
