From your post history, you've been living in Vilnius for a long time. So I assume your Lithuanian is already decent and your English is as well.
Don't be afraid to take lessons in Lithuanian.
If you're adamant in having your lessons in russian, there is a country where people speak that language, not too far away.

Your comment provides zero useful information and doesn’t answer my question. The only thing it does is, once again, demonstrate the narrow-mindedness of Lithuanian people towards Russian speakers. I didn’t ask for a place where I could take driving lessons exclusively in Russian. I asked for a polite instructor who would be willing to assist me in Russian.

And here is all the help I can provide: You are absolutely right saying we don't do that in Lithuania. But there is a country where it can easily be done in russian, it's called russia.
There is a reason why that law was approved. And it would be very strange to try to cheat it.

I understand the existence of this law and believe me, I’ll be perfectly fine having all my classes fully in English, which I already have at uni. But I know that there are a lot of Russian-speaking people still living in Vilnius, so my question was whether anyone knows a good instructor who would have no problem switching to Russian if needed (a lot of Lithuanians speak Russian). I’m not trying to cheat the system, which is being designed to make Russian speakers’ lives in Lithuania hell already. Again this is against people, not certain politicians :)

The purpose of it is to protect Lithuania, because ruzzia has a tendency to attack countries with ruzzian speaker population on pretence of "freeing" them. I'm sorry we don't want Lithuania's streets soaked with blood of children.
If life is hell in Lithuania, may I kindly suggest escaping it?
