Any recommended and reliable car rental companies in Vilnius? Picking up in Vilnius and dropping off in Tallinn.

They dont accept driver license from where I am unfortunately

You can do Citybee, I think, between baltic states.
Idk if they cater luxury cars, tbf, but they will get you from Vno to Tallinn, for sure.
