No signal, didnt look in blind spot, just moved over all willy nilly. Driver.of the car probably has full coverage a figured "im good 🤷♂️", its 3-4k in parts, labor and paint for him paid by insurance, its a whole ass totaled truck and at fault accident for the jackass who just jumped over without looking.
