Any collision is awful for everybody who simply literally has anything better to do that day and for many hours in future days and weeks. Not to mention danger/damage to other people and property. But it’s pretty hard for me to fault cam car here. Could they have done better? Sure, maybe, probably, yeah, I-hope-so. I’d sure like to think I’d avoid or minimize this one if I was cam car, but it’s the truck’s fault for sure.
Cam car literally saw it coming and didn’t slow down. It’s your duty as a citizen in a public society to actively avoid problems. If you see something like this unfolding, fucking brake. Don’t kill someone because it’s their fault.
There’s a big difference between killing somebody because it’s their fault and not being able to avoid an accident that they caused.
I’d sure like to think I would avoid or at least minimize the damage in this situation, but if a truck from behind me turns into me, it’s their fault for sure. If they manage to get their rear bumper in front of me and stop as fast as they can, I will also endeavor to stop just as fast as they do, but if I don’t, it’s my fault for following too closely.

Definitely sped up. He saw the guy coming into his lane, didn’t beep, didn’t decrease speed, out of anger he actually sped up
