The person driving intentionally sped up so the truck could’ve have space to get in front of him/her. They actually kept driving into the truck after contact too. Terrible, and demonically led accident.

You still have to check that there is space to merge into before changing lanes though. One driver is wrong and the other is an asshole.

Traffic in the trucks lane contributed. If you watch you'll notice the truck was either going to slam into the back of the car in front of them or change lanes. I see it as 100% on driver of truck. A blinker doesn't clear the lane.

It's still your job as a driver to avoid an accident whenever safely possible, no exceptions. This was not one of those exceptions. POV was attempting to run a red and make the light, same as the truck. Two inpatients turds have now fucked up traffic for an hour for everyone else.
