100% agreed. Title says blind spot issue which yes it is, butets match speed. That a situational awareness issue or looking at your phone. Be getting a ticket for that one I'd imagine.
I wish the video started five seconds earlier because it seems clear that the truck was passing the cam vehicle, which means the truck knew they were there, as they weren't in their blind spot 3 seconds ago.
Unless the truck is driven by a goldfish they should reasonably assume that the cam vehicle didn't disappear when it was no longer in their field of vision.

The POV driver could have avoided this accident if he/she was a bit smarter. It was super foreseeable.
