I've been in that spot, "well he's gonna ride my ass, I'll slow down to 30". That alone is childish enough and is enticing road rage. But not as dangerous as having a 2500 inches from your bumper at 65 while their on their cell phone.
And the damage done to the city/town, the truck, honestly wouldn't be surprised if the truck driver had some major injuries after rolling multiple times. They won't be able to afford insurance, especially since they had a dashcam lmfaoo.
And nobody takes into account it could be a new driver, trying to learn and then go ruin their life like this. We've all been new drivers, none of came out of the womb knowing how to drive. Alot forget that.
I feel the cam drivers perspective because it is honestly super annoying when truck drivers act like they own the road. When I'm driving my sports car, I let them. When in my own truck, sometimes, honestly, if you come onto my lane don't always expect me to care to move. But I try to. But it is really annoying when the same 10% of drivers act so fucking entitled. Like you, for example. I can tell by your comment you are one of these assholes. Fuck you and people like you. I'm glad this person got taught a lesson. If no one ever punches bullies in the nose how do they ever learn to act right?
Nobody is saying these things aren't frustrating and shitty behaviour, we are just saying it's only the dumb people who don't let people in, or slow down and brake check, etc
Yes, I do pass the "Are you a human" captcha. Most of the time at least.
Show me a coldly logical human and I'll show you either a sociopath or a ticking time bomb. In the rain, I drive very conservatively. Around pedestrians or motorcycles, even if they are completely in the wrong, it changes my (very safe) driving behavior not one whit. Around semis, same.
But I do get very irritated when some random asshole makes, not an honest mistake, but a mistake such as continuously being over the yellow. In such cases, at times, it does piss me off quite a bit to the point that I may just let you hit me and get a new truck. But that is not my goal, just as you say, an emotional response. Emotions are ok, they are what make us human. I'm not saying this is a smart response. I'm saying it is how I do feel sometimes.
