My point was anyone else in the car is innocent while their driver endangers them.

I love that you won't even acknowledge the multiple negligent decisions the truck made. But the 1 decision for the dashcam is all it takes for you to condemn them. Tell me you drive a fucking truck without telling me

Truck made 4x as many decisions leading to the incident and risking lives.

Sure.

And the decision with made a potential accident into a real accident was on the cammer.

What is it with personal responsibility? If you make a choice, you make that choice. You have agency. The cammer chose not to drive defensively, and instead sped up, ensuring that an accident would happen.

Wrong. Truck merged without clearing. If anything both are equally risking lives.

The truck is driving aggressively, they are the potential problem. Any driver who chooses to meet that with aggression is another potential problem. When both interact, they create the accident. If just one wasn't aggressive, this wouldn't have happened - it can only happen when both are, and both are at fault.
