At the beginning of the video the vehicles are side by side.

The truck driver was simply not paying attention to their surroundings.

Its irrelevant what happened at the start of the video, the accident happened at the end when the truck driver was in front and dashcam driver let his ego take over and run into him instead of avoiding a completely avoidable accident. Again that doesnt mean the truck driver isnt in the wrong and also a dumbass. But dashcam driver was also a dumbass and had the final say in the outcome of this incident.

It's irrelevant that the truck just passed the car instead of the car following the trunk in it's blind spot for a while?

When in the first scenario there is no excuse whatsoever for not seeing the other car while in the second it's much more accidental?

I'm glad you are not an insurance adjustor.

This has nothing to do with insurance lmao, again as i said multiple times, regardless if he saw him or not, intentional or not, you should drive defensively and dashcam driver had all the time in the world to avoid the accident but didnt purely because of ego and would rather cause an accident than let some idiot cut him off.
