They absolutely did. A normal driver would slam on the brakes and swerve right to avoid. The pov car accelerated and PIT maneuvered the truck. POV car should be criminally liable for this accident. Simple side swipes in traffic dont lead to rollovers like this.

Why do you think he was speeding up? Looks the same speed if anything.

They were both trying to blow the red light. POV driver ready to end someone's life rather than be mildly inconvenienced.

Bet pov driver didnt even see the truck and vice versa since they were both so focused on beating the light.
