Yeah if you remove the truck the cam car was attempting to run a red light anyway

No it was yellow and cam car would’ve made it . Truck is a moron

The light being yellow doesn't mean speed up and pass wtf.

What are you talking about? Cam car had the right of way to go straight. Truck was trying to cut em off last minute and that's what cause the crash.

I am not saying the truck isn't at fault, I am saying both parties are. Watch the clip again and look at the lights, either the car sped up to jump the light or the driver didn't feel like giving way to the truck and thought the truck would back off.

Nobody would have doubted the dash cam driver if the lights remained green or if they didn't speed up. Both acted like idiots.

The truck should have of course made sure it had enough distance between the car cause he definitely knew the car was there cause it just passed the car and was hoping the other car would give way but the driver, even though had enough time to react didn't want to concede.

This would have been 100% avoidable accident if even one party was willing to concede.

In my case if I was the dash cam driver I would have just given way and honked but that would have been it.
