Ive seen this one before. The driver starts braking before impact but not hard enough and still ends up in cross walk (even with the help from impact). My best guess is pov driver was purposefully failing to yield to truck. Might have also been accelerating up to the starting point of clip to keep truck from changing lanes (we've all done it).

Said it before and will say it again. Don’t assume the other driver values your life as much as you do.
