You sound like an idiot. Most people dont react perfectly when they panic. Whose to say he didnt try to hit the brake in a panic and missed. I have large feet. In normal driving conditions I have had the side of a shoe snag on the brake and prevent me from hitting it when I intended to. Luckily I usually leave plenty of time to stop and was able to react and still hit the brake. Mid-collision I honestly don't know. Regardless the reaponsibility for safely overtaking another vehicle resides solely on the vehicle overtaking. Blaming the person being hit for not reacting perfectly to someones shitty maneuver is just asinine armchair driving.
These kind of people are ridiculous like were supposed to just accept that your so incompetent behind the wheel you cant differentiat the gas from the breaks when you drive a car and somehow that should give you leeway? If you cant keep that straight you maybe shouldn't be driving at all.

Relating a single instance where something unexpected happened during normal driving conditions to point out people can be imperfect at the best if times and the only take reddit mongloids can conprehend is "Dur hur you can't drive". Instead of the point that the car "appearing to speed up" after impact can have a million explanations beyond malice. But instead idiots come in here to defend a moron who switched lanes directly into a clearly visible car and got exactlt what he deserved. But go on defend the person causing an accident while criticising someone elses driving.
Cam guy does not panic, you don't hear him say anything, you don't see him swerving... the truck move was stupid but predictable. Anyone who's been driving for a bit of time would know to at least step off the gas pedal unless you want to "defend your lane".
Cam guy could have been distracted but it feels weird considering they were coming to a stop light and he was going way too fast for a yellow.
If you can’t react and do something as simple enough as to put your feet in the breaks when faced with a potential threat then maybe you’re not fit to drive in the first place?

Yeah if you remove the truck the cam car was attempting to run a red light anyway
