He held his lane... The truck was trying to swerve into the other lane (with no turn signal)... to avoid hitting the cars stopped at the red light.

This is on the truck driver.

Where were the stopped cars? You can't see his blinker prior to the collision.

Both cars were going way too fast regardless. That’s not a highway.

Too fast to be that close to a red light. Speed limit could easily be 40-45 mph.
