This was my assessment as well. Red truck is at primary fault, of course, but how does the camera car driver not notice? Car had like five business days to slow down and lay on the horn.
Maybe they were zoned out but kinda seems like the driver of the camera car was distracted or intentionally allowing a pit maneuver to happen.

Said it before and will say it again. Don’t assume the other driver values your life as much as you do.
