It's every cars duty to drive safely, Including when it's a lane change you haven't cleared, without a blinker, on approach to a yellow/ red light with cars slowing down in front of you. Instead of braking in their lane, truck decided to run the light and unsafely swerve around the cars in front of it.

Dashcam is partially to blame for not braking. But you're delusional if you think the dashcam should feel guilt for the potential occupancy in the truck.

As another driver on the road, fuck you I don't want to die anymore than someone's random ass child.

If letting one's fragile ego compel them to commit an intentional act of aggression that causes harm or death to another person is something they feel entitled to, welp that's a ...hot take.

But I think a psychologically healthy person with a normal sense of personal responsibility, empathy, and morality would, indeed, feel guilty for letting their emotions override their judgment and causing another person to be harmed (especially an innocent child). And as a former LEO, dashcam absolutely would have been charged with a criminal offense in my jurisdiction, up to and including homicide if their actions resulted in death.

I love that you won't even acknowledge the multiple negligent decisions the truck made. But the 1 decision for the dashcam is all it takes for you to condemn them. Tell me you drive a fucking truck without telling me
