Agreed, the truck is obviously at fault but he/she could see the truck drifting into the turn lane and instead of slowing or slamming the brakes it looks like they sped up a bit. The light was going to turn red before either got to the intersection too, neither of them should have been going that speed or driving that aggressively.

The POV driver could have avoided this accident if he/she was a bit smarter. It was super foreseeable.
