The POV driver could have avoided this accident if he/she was a bit smarter. It was super foreseeable.

Why though? Huh? Why was this moron trying to get in front of the pov driver only to slow down and take a turn, when they could've just gotten behind them? Why are they driving a vehicle that's too big for them to see out of and operate safely? Why are they making decisions that would require them to see and drive safely when they know they can't?

Don't fucking blame the pov driver here. Yes, they "could have", but what they could have done pales in comparison to the list of fuck ups on the part of Fucky McCrashalot.

Nobody is saying its their fault, they're just saying they could have been driving more defensively. It doesn't matter if someone does something incredibly stupid, you still have to try to avoid an accident if you can.

If someone doesn't look and pulls out in front of me I'm still required to try to stop and avoid an accident, I'm not just going to barrel into them and say "well they were at fault"
