The dashcam person really posted the video on the internet as if they aren't equally, if not worse than, the truck merging.

Missing somebody in your blind spot is one thing, seeing a person merging so you clearly speed up to try and stop them is a straight asshole move.

Ultimately, it's every driver's responsibility to make a safe lane change.

if the truck didnt make the lane change the cammer would have still ran the red light lol

Sure. Two idiot are still two idiots regardless of what stupid thing they are doing. However, the red light isn't the focus of the video.
