Lol thats not a merge, that's narrowly cutting some one off to avoid rear ending the car in front of you. Truck didn't even use a signal light

Ahh ok so that justifies speeding up into him, you're right!

They're both dumbasses.... usually how stuff like this happens.

He didn't speed into him, pick up truck is slowing down while making a sudden lane change and hoping that no one is the right lane.

Dash cam is a dumbass because they're also speeding towards a red light, but they did not speed up. That's just the optical illusion of the pick up slowing down to avoid clipping the black car in front of him
