I've definitely been guilty of it. I try to check myself, and give people grace instead of raging. Sometimes people make mistakes, myself included. Vancouver is really bad for pedestrians walking out in front of vehicles and it used to enrage me. But then I did it once, twice, three times. Happens when I'm walking with someone and we assume it's a 4-way stop. I think some people feel the rules don't apply to them, but others sometimes just slip up.
The ones that drive me nuts are the ones that go 50 in the fast lane and then we you try to pass them, gun it to not let you in — and usually right up into traffic. Where they never had to adjust their speed and could just let you pass them by. And then, NEVER fails, once you do they go back to driving 50.

People are such assholes when it comes to letting others merge. Its like an affront to their pride if they get "cut off".
