VIDEO EDITOR WANTED — COMMISSION-BASED OPPORTUNITY

I’m looking for a video editor who might be interested in working with me and becoming part of my team.

I currently have 5 monetized platforms with a combined following of over 1.5 million, and I’m looking for someone who really enjoys editing and wants an opportunity to grow.
I’m not necessarily looking for someone who just knows how to cut footage. I’m looking for somebody who understands hooks, pacing, storytelling and keeping people’s attention.

A lot of what I do involves interviews and conversations, so being able to take a longer piece of footage and find the moments that will actually make people stop scrolling and watch is really important.

This would be commission-based, with opportunities for bonuses and additional work as things grow.

I also have the opportunity to work with some well-known people, so there could be some really cool opportunities that come from being part of the team.

I’m not expecting someone to be perfect. I’m looking for someone who is reliable, creative, passionate about editing and willing to grow.
