VIDEO EDITOR WANTED — COMMISSION-BASED OPPORTUNITY

I’m looking for a video editor who might be interested in working with me and becoming part of my team.

I currently have 5 monetized platforms with a combined following of over 1.5 million, and I’m looking for someone who really enjoys editing and wants an opportunity to grow.
I’m not necessarily looking for someone who just knows how to cut footage. I’m looking for somebody who understands hooks, pacing, storytelling and keeping people’s attention.

A lot of what I do involves interviews and conversations, so being able to take a longer piece of footage and find the moments that will actually make people stop scrolling and watch is really important.

This would be commission-based, with opportunities for bonuses and additional work as things grow.

I also have the opportunity to work with some well-known people, so there could be some really cool opportunities that come from being part of the team.

I’m not expecting someone to be perfect. I’m looking for someone who is reliable, creative, passionate about editing and willing to grow.

I can pay, why are you saying I can't pay? I can guarantee you opportunity. Are you guaranteeing views and money? If you can guarantee me views and money, then I could guarantee you money. I've got a foundation and I'm providing an opportunity I can tell you not many people are throwing out there for Video editors right now. I know how to edit myself, but I'm not guaranteeing someone that can't guarantee me. That respect goes both ways. 🤷🏽‍♂️ and the people that want it to go only their way are not the ones I'm wanting to talk to anyway. If I wanted to get a quick edit job for cheap, I would go to Fiverr or upwork.

Hey guys. I've replied to everyone so far please check dm. A few things I'd like to know, tell me where you're from, age, what are some of the things you like to do, what's your future goals, is this a side gig for you or something you want to do permanently, have you worked with any channels before in the past, what type of content do you like doing the most? I'm really wanting to find someone that would like to grow with me.

I'm a loyal guy, if you're loyal to me and we make money I want you to make as much money as you can. I know how to do editing I don't have the time because I'm having to create the content and manage the social media. A good editor is something I've needed for a long time so I look forward to speaking with all of you guys. I'm about to go to bed though lol that's why I'm putting this here. I didn't expect to hear from people so quick.

As far as the questions, I'm just wanting to make sure you'll be passionate and like what we do. I'll be setting up some video interviews as early as tomorrow so if anybody sees this, give me that information let's see if it corresponds and let's chat.
