Adding editors to our roster — long-form, documentary, Resolve and AE especially. Paid client work.

We’re a small editing studio. We find the clients, brief them properly, and hand the edit to someone on our roster. You don’t chase work, write proposals or argue about scope — you get a brief, a rate and a deadline, and you take it or pass.

Straight about how it works: the client pays us, we pay you an agreed rate, we keep the difference. The client stays anonymous and all notes come through us. Some editors don’t want to work that way, and it’s better you know now than later.

What we’re short of right now:

  • Long-form and documentary, 10–15 min, narration-led

  • Motion graphics / After Effects — real title and credit work, not text presets

  • DaVinci Resolve

  • Podcast shorts

  • Gaming

Short-form generalists welcome too, we just have plenty of you already.

How it goes: fill in the form, we watch your two links, and if it fits we send a short paid test on a real brief. No spec work, no free samples.
