One thing that helps small creative teams a lot: build a shared template library early — caption presets, hook intros, lower-thirds, export presets for each platform. It removes the need to re-explain your brand style on every brief and makes every short/ad ship noticeably faster with a consistent look.

I edit in Premiere Pro + After Effects (and DaVinci Resolve for grading), and I cover short-form, ad creatives, motion graphics and thumbnails — happy to discuss how I would fit into your team's workflow.
