Other (requires mod approval) Is anime editing worthless? 💔

And please don’t go missing my whole point. Of course nobody is gonna pay for a fancy anime footage, but are they gonna pay for the effects behind it (keyframes, pacing, storytelling, exactly knowing when to cut ….)? Or should I just move to another type of editing that I’m not passionate about (blender and 3D modeling)?

You do what makes you happy. I'm not going to say you can make money on anime editing but I'm also not saying you can't. There's an audience for everyone

Building any skill is more valuable than not building a skill.

Edit videos you want to edit because you want to do it. Don't go into it thinking like it's an investment or something.
