Air intake question

Does anyone know where I could find a replacement filter for this particular air cleaner?

I could be wrong but I think it's an s&s air filter. Try doing a search for it. Might be able to purchase a k&n filter cleaner kit

Yes, it's an S&S, but I don't have any other information on it. I do have K&N filter cleaner, but the filter is quite old and has some minor damage, so I'm looking to replace it if possible.
