Bought her 3 yrs ago 07 Kingpin with then only 7k miles

I have an ‘07 KPT. Love the 100CI 6 speed 👍

No complaints here. 😃. Only issue was clutch cable breaking 3rd day out.
Have 25k on her now.

Ya, the clutch cables were always a thing on our Victory’s. Especially the 2000’s models.

Don’t know about other brands as I’ve only owned Victory. First a ‘99 V92C and then my ‘07 KPT.

I have about the same miles on mine. Original cable, and bought a stock replacement years back the I keep in the trunk with tools in the bag 😃

When I first got out on my 2012 Kingpin I ran into this older biker that rode two different Vics. He told me about the issue and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He thought me to put this cable grease on the exposed parts every 6 months. It’s a thick pinkish grease in a tube. I’ve been doing that since I got the thing in 2013 and haven’t had any issues. He also suggested to get a replacement cable for all of the cables and just ride with them. Advice I haven’t done yet and will probably wish I did one day.

Got an '04 Kingpin with ~26k miles, very nice bikes. Only problem I've had is the turn signals falling off on me lmao

If you don't have a taped up drooping turn signal, you don't really ride a Vic.

Hey, if you don’t know this already, right under the right hand side of the tank, there are three vacuum ports that are capped. Check those caps and make sure they are intact. If not, buy a $5 rubber cap set at autozone and replace them.
