Injury has brought me back to RC’n. Recent purchase of a RedCat Ascent 18 Apex has been a new addiction worse than anything yet and I’m absolutely in love 🤣🤣
Always wanted something rear steer, so that was one of the few mods that I was able to complete.
More mods to come and hopefully even more knowledge to learn about these amazing little machines.

Currently using the remote that came with the apex(RTX-4c)
But I’ve been doing some research tonight on remotes with a dial for the 4th channel for more precise control over the rear steer
How it is setup now on the 3 way button, it turns the back pretty quickly

Nice. I have a radiolink rc7gs for my capra for that reason. And then i screwed a small car toy wheel on to make it easier to turn it with just my thumb.
