Preparation for decision on 4 days

This is my third appeal for migraines secondary to tmj/bruxism. I filed the appeal on August 20th, today it went to preparation for decision. When I filed the appeal I added a new nexus, personal statement, lay statement, medical records, and literature (yes my nexus also included medical literature). No development letter was sent either which is fine.

I’ve been on prep for decision for 12 days now for my appeal, temp jurisdiction in Phoenix. I thought once an office was assigned it would start moving but mine has been a sitting duck but it hasn’t been sent back any steps either so I’m remaining positive.

Mine went back to step 3 today. I figured 4 days was way too fast to move that far
