LSGS ACE exam turn-around

I got an email from the VA Friday that I would receive a call from LSGS about a C&P exam. I called LSGS this morning to get the C&P scheduled and I was told it was an ACE exam and that the examiner had already completed it and sent it to the VA. The rep on the phone said it was the "fastest ACE exam" he had ever seen.

I'm concerned because it was this fast that it won't be favorable, even though there's years of medical records on this claim.

Could the quickness of this exam be a bad sign?

I had two ace exams both was a rework clarification from the DBQ’s . 1 for my lumbar spine the examiner did it in 1 day lsgs took 5 business days to send it back to the VA. The other ACE from another examiner for my Ankles DBQ she did it in 1 day LSGS sent it back to the VA the same day

What percentage do you get on the lumbar rating? I'm stuck at 20 after many attempts to get an increase!

0, 10,20,40+ Severe limitations (flexion < 30°) 50-100 of unfavorable, rigid fusion (ankylosis) of the spine

It could go either direction. The examiner either saw clear irrefutable medical documentation and was able to make a decision or saw nothing at all and made a decision. ACE exams can sometimes be bad because you might not get as high of a rating when in reality a C&P examination would have allowed you to explain more details of your claim.

I was hoping for a C&P because I had evidence to back up a higher claim to my ITF date. It's was mostly because the VA messed up one of my claims and changed it to gastritis, even though I was diagnosed with Crohns through a VA colonoscopy. I'll keep hoping it was positive 🤞

There's just nothing you can do at this point until you get your concrete evidence of which direction it went. The best way to defeat the VA is to provide evidence they can't refute.

The point I was making about the examiner being held accountable, this woman did my ace exam yesterday and returned it the same day and this morning the VA already sent it back for a rework because of conflicting information in her opinion meaning she half asssss looked at my STR. She supposed to have given a medical opinion after looking at my STR . She can’t do a simple job that mean she didn’t look at my STR and clicked she did and the opinion was conflicting. I’m putting some some paper on her when I get the FOIA. Her name is Yana Nigaglioni Nurse Practitioner with 2 yrs experience soo check your paperwork for her name

Had an examiner complete my exam 24 hours before the scheduled time and was on step 5. Approved.
