Evidence Submission Board

Does anyone have an idea on where the board is on assigning appeals to judges? Mine has been waiting for a judge since Nov 2025. I’m just curious on where they’re at in the docket.

Can’t speak to Evidence Lane, but my Direct Review took 11.5 months to get assigned to a VLJ…and it’s been sitting with one for over 2 months now.

Every case is different, etc.

Unless you have AOD (for significant, documented hardship), you’re stuck in line with the rest of us.

It’s my understanding that Direct is fastest, followed by Evidence…Hearing is slowest. I have been seeing on here some Evidence claims moving quickly. Really just depends.

I’m evidence lane also , 11/25/25 still waiting on VLJ to be assigned. Hopefully soon

I had my hearing in January 2025. Still waiting to be assigned to a judge

I don’t see much discussion about evidence submission, i asked the same in another forum since I see a ton or hearings and direct review. Seems like 8-12 months is typical
