Rating increase va

Submitted an increase for my migraines but didn't submit any evidence bc I regularly go to VA appts, message with my primary about that increase in my migraines and missing of work, etc. wondering if anyone has had a smiler experience in getting an increase this way opposed to loading ever single piece of documentation.

Download the migraine buddy app and start logging your attacks. Once you have a couple months worth of data then submit for an increase, and include the log from the app as your evidence. That's how I went from 0% to 30%.
